I also am getting condensation. I replaced my tubes 3 weeks ago. After the first use there was condensation and just today I noticed a little bit of mold in the new tubes. I'd also like to have a suggestion for storing or tips for avoiding condensation.

To keep my tubing condensatio free, I just run my pump with the tubing attached, but not with the shield andbottle on.  It clears out all of the condensation.  and I boil my tubing every 2 weeks, and air dry.

IDK if the condensation has an effect on anything...boiling is a good idea and also those tiny brushes that come with the Dr. Brown bottles work great for cleaning out the tan colored part that plugs back into the conductor. It also fits in the tube so if you have any mold near one of the openings this works great.

    SOLUTION FOR TUBING CONDENSATION

This was mentioned in my competencies at the hospital (I am a nurse). They said to pour a small amount of rubbing (Isopropyl) alcohol into the tubing to dry out your tubing. It seems a bit tricky to me. So, I would recomment stopping by your local pharmacy and asking for a 1 mL or 3 mL syringe to accomplish this task. I hope my advice helps. :-)
