安定した吸引によって吸引カップが適切な位置に保持され、カップが外れるリスクを低減します。Medela（メデラ）は、幅広いラインナップのディスポーザブルおよびリユーザブル吸引カップをご用意しています。

Medela（メデラ）吸引ポンプのメンブレン式吸引圧レギュレーターは、必要な吸引圧に正確に設定することができ、迅速に吸引を立ち上げます。

単回使用Silcカップ

吸盤部分が胎児の頭皮にやさしく吸い付きます。ヨコ方向に畝の入ったなめらかな表面により、カップの回転が分かりやすくなっています。

熱可塑性エラストマー製で、直径は60mmです。

Birdカップ

Birdカップは最も広く販売されている吸引カップです。Malmström（マルムストレーム）カップのデザインをベースに、吸引ポートと牽引ポートが別々にあります。

Birdカップはオートクレーブ対応のステンレススチール製で、直径40mm、50mm、60mmをご用意しています。

Silcカップ

医療用のシリコーンカップが、胎児の頭皮にやさしく吸い付きます。

扱いやすい一体成形デザインと滑らかな表面、そしてヨコ方向に畝が入っていることで、カップの回転が分かりやすくなっています。

リユーザブルシリコーン吸引カップはオートクレーブ対応で、サイズは50mmと60mmがあります。

帝王切開用CaesAidカップ

CaesAidカップは帝王切開時に出産を優しくサポートします。CaesAidカップを使用することで、切開範囲を小さくし、失血量を抑えられる可能性があります。

さらに、手術中の吸引に使用したポンプにそのまま取り付けることもできます。

CaesAidカップは医療用シリコーン製で、オートクレーブに対応しており、サイズは60mmです。

オプション品と使い捨て製品

単回使用Birdカップ

リユーザブルBirdカップをポリカーボネート素材にしたもので、胎児が前方後頭位または後方後頭位の時に傾けて使用できる牽引ハンドルが付いています。

直径は50mmです。

単回使用Silcカップ

吸盤部分が胎児の頭皮にやさしく吸い付きます。ヨコ方向に畝の入ったなめらかな表面により、カップの回転が分かりやすくなっています。

熱可塑性エラストマー製で、直径は60mmです。

Bird Posteriorカップ

後方後頭位の胎児用に設計されており、吸引ポートが吸引カップの側面に付いています。

オプションのフット吸引圧レギュレーターは、吸引圧レギュレーターのつまみを回さずにMedela（メデラ）吸引ポンプの設定圧までゆっくりと上げることができます。踵側を踏むだけで吸引を中断できるので、赤ちゃんが生まれた瞬間に対応できます。
